Travelator Upgrade Works

We’re pleased to share that our brand new travelator is almost here.

To prepare for installation, we’ll be completing some decommissioning works.

As a result, the entrance at the bottom of these travelators which you may have used to access the lifts, will be temporarily closed from 5 June 2026 until late June 2026.

Access into the centre will remain simple and convenient:

Please use the lifts located just next to the closed entrance by following the clearly marked signage to the alternate entry
Our friendly team will be on hand to assist you during your visit

We really appreciate your support and patience as we complete this important upgrade and look forward to welcoming you back with an even better experience very soon.

Escape. Hide. Tell.

Although Australia is a safe country, attacks in crowded places could happen and we need to do what we can both to prevent and prepare for them.

In the unlikely event you face an attacker armed with a gun, knife or similar weapon, it is important to be prepared to react quickly.

You need to remember three words:

ESCAPE. HIDE. TELL.

ESCAPE – move away from danger as quickly and quietly as possible and encourage others to do the same, but only if it's safe to do so.

HIDE – stay out of sight and silence your mobile phone.

TELL – call Emergency Services on Triple Zero (000) when it is safe.

All situations are different. You will need to make quick decisions during an attack and be prepared to change your plan. Remembering ESCAPE. HIDE. TELL. will help you decide what to do. We are providing this advice, so you are prepared if there is an incident, not because we are expecting one.

You can report suspicious behaviour anonymously via the National Security Hotline by calling 1800 123 400.

Life-threatening situations should be reported to the police by calling Triple Zero (000).

NSW Single Use Plastics Ban

NSW is banning some single-use plastics from 1 November 2022.

From 1 June 2022, the supply of lightweight plastic shopping bags with handles was banned.

From 1 November 2022, the supply of further single-use plastic items is banned including:

Single-use plastic straws, stirrers and cutlery
Single-use plastic plates and unlidded bowls
Expanded polystyrene foodware

Plastic cotton buds and microbeads in rinse-off personal care products are also banned.

This ban does NOT apply to other bags, cups or containers, however these are being considered for future action.
